This workshop will cover basic bike parts and terminology, fixing a flat, adjusting brakes and gears, basic maintenance and diagnostics, safety checks, and any other topics of interest, time permitting. We ask that you bring your own bike if possible so that you can get practice working on it and leave with a tuned-up bike! If that’s not possible, you can work on one of the shop bikes. The workshop is open to all ages and all women-identified persons, queer and trans folk are welcome. The course will be taught by two female mechanics in a supportive, fun atmosphere and there are usually baked goods present!
